Meet Jenness

I am Jenness Jones, a psychotherapist and licensed mental health counselor, independently licensed in the state of Florida. I have been practicing psychotherapy since obtaining my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in 2012. Over the years, I have provided psychological evaluations and therapy to hundreds of individuals facing a wide range of psychiatric disorders, abuse, familial separation, and first episode psychosis interventions.

My experience includes years of work in outpatient community mental health and various correctional institutions, where I offered psychological evaluations and therapy for incarcerated individuals.

Since 2024, I have been in private practice, providing psychological assessments and therapy for adults and adolescents. Recently, I completed training to provide psychological evaluations for clients seeking hardship waivers, asylum, and protection through the Violence Against Women Act. I am dedicated to reducing the stigma of mental health in our communities and have worked tirelessly to achieve this goal.
